Order Processing

All orders placed with UnderHer are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Time

We deliver across Pakistan. Estimated delivery times are:

Major Cities: 2–4 business days
Other Areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order. Any promotional free shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on our website.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details (where available) so you can monitor the status of your shipment.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available in most locations across Pakistan. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the package and make the payment at the time of delivery.

Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver your order after multiple delivery attempts due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept the package, the order may be returned to us.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact information are accurate before placing your order. UnderHer is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged or if any items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the package and product so we can investigate and assist you promptly.
